My social travails in NYC and beyond
Born in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. Grew up on a farm outside of Statesboro, GA (about 45 miles northwest of Savannah). Graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens. Moved to Manhattan in March 1995 - currently living in East Village/Alphabet City. Am addicted to lip gloss. Love hot weather - even humidity! Prefer to be barefoot. Have an extensive collection of very tiny handbags. Really dislike cars and driving.
Temps broke 70 in NYC on Wed. We had drinks outside that night to celebrate. However, within 24 hours it was back in the 20s and snowing. Followed by a couple more days of "wintry mix.” Really over this freezing weather.
