New Biz burn out

After leading lots of RFIs and pitches last year (and 3 major new business wins), I thought I’d be able to concentrate my existing Clients. Apparently not. Was asked to work on another RFP for which we were ill-equipped to respond, much less win. Eventually senior management agreed to withdraw Friday afternoon, but only after the Agency team wasted about a week and a half scampering around on this. Oy.
