My social travails in NYC and beyond
Born in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. Grew up on a farm outside of Statesboro, GA (about 45 miles northwest of Savannah). Graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens. Moved to Manhattan in March 1995 - currently living in East Village/Alphabet City. Am addicted to lip gloss. Love hot weather - even humidity! Prefer to be barefoot. Have an extensive collection of very tiny handbags. Really dislike cars and driving.
Dubya was back in rural Georgia Tuesday. This time he was in Perry, a small town in the middle of the state. He was campaigning for a different Republican candidate. And this was a repeat visit; he was in Macon Oct. 10 rallying for this guy. So that makes 4 trips to GA in 2 months.
