We have lunch on the beach, and then stop to watch the stilt fishermen in Weligama and also visit a turtle conservancy/sanctuary.

When we get back to Unawatuna, we switch hotels to be closer to the water. Our new hotel is smack on the beach, and it looks like a treehouse. The room decor is best described as wood, wood and more wood. We have the top room, so our balcony is literally in the treetops.

We meet the gang from villa for a few afternoon beers on the beach, and then have a quiet dinner at the hotel restaurant.
