My social travails in NYC and beyond
Born in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. Grew up on a farm outside of Statesboro, GA (about 45 miles northwest of Savannah). Graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens. Moved to Manhattan in March 1995 - currently living in East Village/Alphabet City. Am addicted to lip gloss. Love hot weather - even humidity! Prefer to be barefoot. Have an extensive collection of very tiny handbags. Really dislike cars and driving.
Had late Sunday brunch with Jen & Scott at Libations on the Lower East Side. When we came out of the restaurant, we were greeted with major FDNY action. The roof of a synagogue around the corner had collapsed & there were fears the whole building could go. Ran into Niall and Enda amid all the madness; they were having brunch downtown as well.
